Welcome to NRG DANCE, a leading dance school in Caithness that offers quality teaching programs to suit all levels and ages.
Established in 1993, NRG Dance has welcomed hundreds of dancers through its doors and has achieved national success with its pupils.
We offer dance lessons from 2 years of age and we find a great balance between making our classes a fun, social and enjoyable place to be whilst also ensuring correct technique is taught.
Our aim is for every pupil to reach their true potential, surrounded by positivity and creativity!
So, whether you are a beginner, a competitive dancer or just seeking extra enjoyment or exercise from dance, NRG Dance is ready to welcome you
Based primarily in Thurso we welcome children from Caithness & North Sutherand to attend our clases, with non-competitive and competitive classes available, we have something to offer every child who loves to dance.

Come and try sessions are available at any time. The first one is free and then 3 additional lessons are available on a pay as you go basis. After this time a decision will need to be made if the child wishes a permanent class place.
